Drum Festival 2003

The Drum Festival was held October 4th, a dreary and rainy Saturday, in the center of Bloomfield on the Town green and on the grounds of Town Hall. This was the kick-off event for
the Wintonbury Historical Society’s “Dollars for History” Campaign.
